These Terms govern your use of the MotoMount app and website, operated by Bikva OPC Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using MotoMount you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you ride or drive on a trip, you're responsible for holding a valid licence, registration, insurance and anything else the law requires.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account — don't impersonate anyone.
3. What MotoMount is — and isn't
MotoMount is a platform that helps riders find each other and organise rides. We don't organise, operate, supervise or insure any ride. Organisers and participants arrange rides among themselves, and any costs (fuel, stays, food, tolls) are settled directly between riders. MotoMount doesn't process payments.
4. Riding safely
Motorcycling and road travel carry real risk. You take part in any ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, your vehicle's condition and following traffic laws. Always wear proper safety gear. Features like live location and SOS are aids — they may not work without network coverage and are not a substitute for emergency services (call 112 in India).
5. Organiser responsibilities
- Describe rides honestly — route, dates, difficulty and expected costs.
- Keep your ride up to date; if plans change, update or cancel it in the app.
- Rides that are repeatedly cancelled or not started may lead to warnings or restrictions on your account.
6. Community rules
Don't post or send anything that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading or spam, and don't share other people's personal information without consent. Respect other riders — on the app and on the road.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, posts and messages you share. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process that content only to operate and improve MotoMount. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
8. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. If your account is suspended you can appeal from within the app. You can stop using MotoMount and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
MotoMount is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from rides, from other users' conduct, or from your use of the app — including accidents, vehicle damage, disputes between riders or costs incurred on a trip.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
