Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the MotoMount app and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon — the last icon in the bottom bar.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon at the top right.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
You'll be signed out immediately and the account can't be used again.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email mountmoto43@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my MotoMount account”. We'll confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove straight away:
- Your name, email address, password and Google sign-in link
- Your profile photo, bio, gender and saved location
- Your verified phone number and verification selfie
- Your vehicles and their photos
- Rides you organised, including their group chats
- Your place, join requests and ratings on rides you joined
- Your posts, comments and likes in the community
- Messages, photos and voice notes you sent in chats
- Your notifications, followers and following, saved rides, feedback and appeals
- Your push-notification tokens, so you receive no further notifications
What is kept
An empty account record marked “Deleted User” remains, with no name, contact details or photos, so that chats other riders still have with you don't break. It can never be signed into again.
Reports you filed about other users are kept, without your details, for safety and moderation. We may also keep limited records only where the law requires it.
Changed your mind about leaving? Deletion can't be undone — you'd need to create a new account.
